Our office utilizes Open Access Scheduling. In a nutshell, Open Access Scheduling is same-day scheduling and is not to be confused with walk-in appointments. We do our best to offer every patient that calls an appointment for that day. Our phone lines open at 7:30 am and our schedule is usually full by 9:00 am. It is best to call EARLY.

We do reserve approximately 30% of our day for pre-scheduled appointments. These pre-scheduled appointments are 7:30 am - 9:30 am and 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm.  We ask that you schedule routine, non-emergent visits (pap smears, physicals, medication follow ups, and well child exams) for these times.
